New Forums

The old forums will be going away and new forums released on 08/18/08. The affects are:

- The current forum will be available for viewing after this date, but posting and registration will not be possible.

- The new forum will use phpbb3, a significant upgrade with many new features I am sure everyone will enjoy. It will be a new, blank forum.

- User accounts will -not- be carried over (nor post counts, etc.) You will instead use your RPGN account login, the same login you use to access the games.

- There will be no registration process. All game accounts current and future simply have access. This will pretty much eliminate the spam registrations we've had for a while now.

Feel free to post your comments, questions in the "Replies to Staff" forum. If you'd like to see a full rundown of features that differ between our current forum (phpbb 2.x) and the new one (3.x):

To re-iterate - the current forums will remain as normal until 08/18, at which time they'll become read-only.
