The help pages are a good starting point, I thought. I can't remember what was in them, because I read them a very long time ago, but I remember it being helpful. |

If you want to filter through the junk, there's some good stuff in the "Getting Started in Haelrahv" Section. _________________ >ask librarian about books

Thanks.
After looking around a bit more, I havent been able to find anythign thats really what I have in my head. Theres lots of good information out there, but I'm going to try to put it all together and add a few thigns that arent specifically touched on.
I think I'll be putting together a guide shortly specifically for someone just starting. It is going to focus on training stats/skills and a more in depth look at how they all work with eachother and how they play out down the road. If anyone would like to send advice on this for teh guide, please feel free to. Posting, email, and PMs are the best way to get me with lots of stuff to read.
Any ideas on guild specific training would be really great. Not so much just what to train, but why as well. This sort of goes back to when I never thought mentality was important outside of psionics. Might help to know why, more than just knowing to train it.

I wrote a foraging guide a while back, it's in text form on the yahoo site shown in my signature. Not sure if it's something you might be looking for, but feel free to use it. _________________

Zachary and I wrote comprehensive guides for starting a tech: http://tech.haelrahv.net/
Also a lot of over-all information. _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

Thanks. Once I get enough information together I'm going to start a thread specifically for links. Save someone new from having to go through the boards looking for a certain post or whatnot to find one. Even though most people with pages have teh link in their sig.
