I couldn't find the topic and I was curious, why was thrown changed to where you automatically pick up the weapon? I may have even requested this, but my memory is horrible. So if someone could find it or let me know, I'd appreciate it. _________________ >ask librarian about books

I don't recall if anyone asked for it or not. But, it's so easy to lose weapons and thrown weapons are so lightly used that I felt it was a good perk. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

I was just thinking about this when I was messing around with a boomerang. That was the cool thing about them, with enough skill, they come back. But now everything comes back, and boomerangs you still have a chance of dropping. Could boomerangs be made to where when you miss the catch, you'll pick them back up like everything else?
I know thrown is one of those situations that a little bit of reality has to be sacrificed so people don't completely just not use them. Throwing something at someone like 50 feet away, then just reaching down and grabbing it never made much sense to me, but no one would use them if you had to get to melee on the critter to pick your weapon back up. (Which is where it would be). _________________ >ask librarian about books

Just wondering.. How many people actively use thrown, other than Tyger and myself? |
