new peson yaru can hop in circles around all happy-like:

You see Redeemer Yoshoxa Ceisvei, an Alteri Disciple.
He has silver-edged black eyes and an emerald green complexion.
He has a speckled face and lightly speckled skin.
He has a thin build.
He stands about 4' 9" tall, and seems to be in his prime for an Alteri.
He is not holding anything.
He is wearing an embossed ocia breastplate studded with red waeisho stones, an ornate square-cut tunic fashioned from blue waavei cloth, a gold-filagreed kokrugun gauntlet backed with a large sapphire blue shea stone on his right hand, a pair of icy blue trousers, and some open-toed sandals trimmed in silvery-blue ribbon. |
this disciple worships veclav (read the alteri myth) or claims too, which is good enough for yaru right now, so it's a good sign in my mind!

what are alteri workers doing to the submarine? why is the sacred alteri island getting a large shipment of cargo? what improvements are being made? will this be an alteri safe haven?

I don't know how much about this is actually known ... but I wanted to get involved and this is pretty much all I can think to do. So ... I've got a few minor answers.

heh, i meant that in regards to what the worker said about rkaren.
everyone is now fighting outside the cave where rkaren is keeping the alteri, but sadly i gotta go.  and ridhtu emissaries are sick. damn you and your things i can't fight!

Aside from the last time Rkaren "assaulted CC" and continously killed Hok with minions, as well as drag him into the pavilion (what a nice guy) while palling around with Seth, nothing I know of.
