Only if you could be JAILED and possibly EXILED for it.

Ooooh, how about IGNORE. I loved that verb in DR.

Code:
You pointedly ignore <person>.

It says so much more than just not saying anything. Laughing

Reading Tyg's dart post reminded me of a verb i would love...

GATHER!

When all my bolts are on the ground after being fired, i would love to GATHER bolts and they'd all be picked up in one fell swoop, maybe with a small RT.

I sure know the feeling. I'd love to GATHER my arrows or bolts up.

I fourth that. Especially after hunting something that never stops entering the room i'm in. I have like 200 arrows on the ground when they finally slow down a little.

Preference partly is why I load, however it's also faster to just load rather than to pick them up and load. Sometimes bolts break and so they disappear. It's not as efficient to pick them up and load that way, in my opinion and can also be dangerous to take the time to pick up a bolt that may or may not be there and have to load from your container anyway.

i know scripting might not be liked, but how about a macro key?

if you do something like
Code:
get bolt \r load crossbow \r
then with one keystroke (alt+L or whatever you want) you can pick up a bolt and load it. along with that, if you can't pick up a bolt you'll still load with one in your quiver or backpack or whatever.

i know gather would still 110% rock to have, but at least this can be a patch solution for the meantime. Smile
