This folder is dedicated to the suggesting of actions that you think should teach and what you think they should teach.

Stealth - a)Sneaking from room to room. b)Hiding in front of NPC's in combat. c)Stalking NPC's and PC's alike.

Just wanted to get this folder going, I'll post more suggestions later.

Repair: Installing cybergear upgrades (because we have to take it apart and put it back together, per the messaging) / Extracting cybergear upgrades

Sounds more like possibly Cybergear Use(?) or probably Electronics.

Maybe electronics, but you crack open the gear, wire the upgrades inside, and put it back together. Hence the repair.

honestly it sounds a lot more like electronics than repair.

i know i can install a modem or some RAM or whatever to my computer (which sounds more like electronics), but i'm damned if something breaks.

Both perhaps? Though I do tend to agree, more electronics then repair, but if you use the computer, sometimes repair IS pulling a card, dusting it off, and then reinserting it.

That may be true, but it's not the same as installing/upgrading new chips. *waits for someone to start quoting the dictionary entry for repair*

And I vaguely remember Trevor saying that each action will only teach one skill.

Code:
Repair (v)

   1.  To restore to sound condition after damage or injury; fix: repaired the broken watch.
   2. To set right; remedy: repair an oversight.
   3. To renew or revitalize.
   4. To make up for or compensate for (a loss or wrong, for example).

Repair (n)

         1. The work, act, or process of repairing.
         2. An instance or a result of repairing. Often used in the plural: My car is in the shop for repairs. We checked the repairs before returning his car.
   2. General condition after use or repairing: in good repair.
   3. Something that has been repaired.

Wish granted.

Weapons in general - higher exp grants for fully aimed shots and higher exp grants for successfully hitting specific targeted areas

By the way... I think for a) you should get a bare minimum of skill gain unless there is someone around to possibly see you. For stealth contests, I'm guessing there's some mildly complicated formula involved.
