Skill & Stat Bonus Item Adjustments

In the near future, a change will be made to how many bonus points you may have to skills and stats based on your gear. Limitations will be placed based on a new trainable skill (trainable only via use initially). This does mean that players will need to train the skill up. Some opportunity to train the skill will be given before the actual change to item handling goes live.

This change will primarily serve to limit how much extra skill or stat one can have via gear. This will not affect many players, but will severely affect those who use a very large number of bonused items. This change may make some items less powerful, even when the skill is fully maxed.
