Lo, folks. Giving fair notice of a major change coming down the pike.
Skill bonuses for each profession will soon be modified. The amounts of each bonus will be adjusted. Also, these bonuses will no longer be percentages. Instead, a flat skill bonus will be applied based on your character's experience points (not based on level). This means even level 100 characters will not have the same bonus amounts.
The high end bonuses will without a doubt be lower. Currently some professions receive up to 20% in extra skill which has caused a number of issues.
This change will also affect NPC's, which will had skill mods based on their level rather than experience scores since they do not have experience.
Edit: This will also apply to racial bonuses that are currently a percentage boost.
