The light armor boosting rings can't be sold at the jewelry store. Neither can vitality amulets. Not sure if that's a bug or not though.
Edit: And lustrous iridescent robes can't be sold at clothing shops.

Rings and amulets can be sold at jewelry shops now. Robes always could be sold in clothing shops. Make sure you are in a clothing shop and not a container store.

Elario pins can't be sold at the jewelry shop....and tomes can't be sold at the book place in the alchemy building.

Faith, are tikzor rattles bugged too? I can't sell them at the pawn shop. I have no idea where else you'd sell em at. They're worn...so I tried the clothing shop and the jewelry shop. Anyone know?

Well, as Trevor pointed out, the hunting treasure system payouts are due for an overhaul, so don't get too attached to values. Some may go up, some may go down. When that is being done or maybe after it is finished, I'll make sure all items are set appropriately for where they can be sold.
EDIT: And it's not worth *that* much. Silly.
