Any idea if it would be possible for a tech and medic to team up to place cyberware sockets on people? But for a VERY costly fee of the equipment that needed to be used. I think that'd give tech's and medics something to do rather than heal scrapes and bioscan people, and better than gadgets. I'm sure this has been talked about before, but eh, just thought maybe it should really happen is all.
THE pie,

The way I had envisioned this working is that a tech would assemble some portion of the device to be installed and a medic would install it. However, I would doubt such a thing would happen pre-live (but hey, anything's possible as always). _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

Why would anyone pay a costly fee when the hospital will do it for $2k? |

The clinic would probably get shut down or be even more expensive. _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

It'd be like the cart outside the hospital in the early days. The dermagel/bandages/etc. on it went from being free to costing money. Ditto the NPC Medic.

Was making it costly, so that maybe not very many could do it for one, that, and so nto to put the clinic out of buisness , as Kit stated. I think it'd still be neat, Tech's create the devices, and medics use their SURGERY skill to imlant it but at any rate, can't wait, heh

Cyber surgery is planned. When? I'm not prepared to set a date yet. _________________ Counselor Faith Tempest
