As everyone may have noticed, our connection has not been very stable lately. In the last 10 hours in particular it's suffered, and we did have a complete dropout of service briefly, a few days ago as well.
I'm following up on these issues with our service provider and will get the issue corrected as soon as possible.

Follow up: I think this problem is resolved but we still have a trouble call in for tomorrow AM in case we experience problems tonight. The piece of equipment we use to provide service is sensitive to noise on the lines and I think some other equipment and loose connections were to blame. Since correcting that, we have had no connection problems.
