i think it would be great to have a set of stocks placed in cc with an ample supply of rotten chogo berries...
then if someone in CC was making a scene or upsetting people then people could whisper the name of the offender to the stocks wich will result in this person being locked into the stocks say for 60 rt
to stop the stocks from abuse you could have the stocks set so that a certain amount of people have to whisper the same name befor they can lock the offender into the stocks ..
reason for this suggestion is i have noticed cc has become a place for dramatic scenes of insults and public harrasment and many people genuinely using cc to go about their normal business often get caugt up in this form of open air mud slinging ............ maybe a few rotten chog berries and a public humiliation will lighten the often tense situations or make reapeat offenders choose somewhere more private to air their views  |

My idea on this. Has to be 5 people of 10th circle or above, counts me out ::pout::
1st offense: 30 seconds.
2nd offense: 60 seconds.
3rd offense: 90 seconds.
4rd offense: 5 minutes.
5th ofense: 10 minutes.
ps. doesn't count down while your out of game either 
Then lets say after its been 72 hours you restart to 3rd. Then if its been lets say 5 complete days restart to 1st. And if people are caught abusing it, remove their privledge and stick them in there as a 5th time offender!

30 seconds? That's not even worth it.

Ok, how about this
1st: 1 minute, 2nd 2 minutes, 3rd 4 minutes, 4th, 8 minutes, 5th, 15 minutes? And the gemgerm curse or whatever is a bit more harsh than this would be. Oh and make it so they can't talk or do anything too, muahaha

When I saw this thread I was thinking stock market. XD Probably because I'm desperately trying to be a tycoon in neopets. Why, oh why, is neopets so addicting?
Back on track... I think Haelrahv is a little too modern (futuristic?) to have stocks. We have jail!
