As per in game announcement:
Laoro Yiri has taken up residence in the Sihil Estate Meeting Room until the completion of the estate is finished. Artisans can reach the meeting room via the arch behind the waterfall west of Cloud Court. She has also recently acquired a new piece of furniture that will be of interest to artisans that meet her strict requirements. _________________ ~Well behaved women rarely make history~
