What is your single most favorite dish?
Mine would have to be lefse. It's a swedish recipe made from potatoe flakes. It's very good stuff, made into the form of tortillas. You butter it then sprinkle brown sugar or regular sugar in it, roll it up and nuke it for about 15 seconds then eat it. _________________ It is better to be pissed off than pissed on. |

The big thing I've loved lately are Karee Puffs.
It's potato, curry, and some random veggies in a pastry-like puff. They're appetizers but I'm sure if I had the chance I'd just order like four of them and have that as a full meal.
Damn you, Tai food!
fun fact: i'm a big fan of eating raw/uncooked stuffing as well as croutons sans salad. yum for stale spiced bread crumbs! _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

Anything the wife makes. Man, can she cook.
Sushi.
Greasy spoon restaurant food.
And last, but by no means least: two eggs over medium with grits, toast, jelly, and a double order of hashbrowns, scattered covered diced.
Holy cow, just food, damnit. Bring on the food. _________________ Mickey Brunner

Mmm.. Mexican food, anything with hot peppers, especially habaneros or jalapenos. Italian food is right up there too, but I prefer pasta of just about any kind to pizza. Pesto sauce.. yum! _________________ Stay true to yourself no matter the cost and you'll always know who you are. |

Tonkatsu. There had been a place across from my Tokyo campus with just two tables and the woman there would make up two slices of tonkatsu with miso soup and scrambled eggs and leaks every other day. I'm surprised I didn't have a heart attack. You can find tonkatsu at the japanese truck...but it's not the same.
Also a big fan of uni. Which is odd concidering. |

Spicy!
Mexican food is my favorite. I could eat (good) Mexican food every day all day. I also love Thai food and Cajun food. _________________ Counselor Faith Tempest

Country fried steak, fried shrimp, reuben sandwiches, philly cheese steak, good omelettes. I also love pastas in general, and most mexican stuff (seems to be recurring) but I don't really like mine too spicy.
And hey, thanks to William for reminding me I bought grits the other day. I should make some. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

You know you're a real Southerner when you consider a two hour drive for grits "worth it". _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato
