They do? I've never considered the notion someone could be in a "pissy mood" without being "pissed off" (which is also a mood). I guess maybe if you mean pissy = rude and the person just tends to be rude even when in a decent mood.

I take it you've never used the phrase "It's Trevor's day to be pissy"?
Yes, being pissy is that borderline state where you're easily annoyed for no good reason, to the point that you even upset yourself.. rather similar to PMSing but not 'quite'. |
