Hmmmm
1. Whos Phoenix? Did I miss welcoming a new staff member or am I just that clueless as to whom all we have
2. I would love to be able to build homes
3.adresses and mailboxes would be cool
4. why? status rank was a big one in DR, privacy is nice and some of us just love to interior design
ummmm thats all I have to say so far.

Phoenix was from way back in the day. If you'll notice, her post was made in October of 2002. I think she was in charge of clothing (tailoring?) and a few racial things, though I might be wrong. I think she was also heading the development of this one city that was, well, sexually open.
I believe she's since moved on, however.

Actually she was first the Medic guru and then the Merc. And yeah, she was building some interesting places. I miss my Phoenix _________________ God has no place within these walls, just as facts have no place within organized religion.

I hope we're still going to get housing! Maybe a few rooms....or people can go in together on an apartment with seperate bedrooms...it might be fun...and people can like...get real rich and rent rooms to people when they buy a house. |

interesting places != housing
And she left forever ago, so it's not like it wouldn't have been picked up by someone else even if she did. _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

Thought I'd throw a random thought up in the housing thread.
With the discussions about pets recently regarding some people letting them whine/starve/mistreating them, what about being able to leave your pets in your house? Have some sort of pet area where an 'automatic' foodbowl or something can be filled for them while you're away to keep them fed? Even have a few toys in the area to keep them happy, or maybe to have some sort of interactive play with them?
Something for when someone wants to stay logged ingame overnight, but doesn't want to have to worry about a starving or run-away pets (once that's implemented). _________________ Before you can react, several abberated lifeforms rend their way out of your chest. Congratulations, you're a mom!

Nobody ever thought about camper van/mobile homes, see if the vaults were in your homes and you are on a far off island, wouldn't it be easier to move your home to X location?
Bored of where your home is, hell - lets move!
vroooooooom!
Or not, as the case maybe

Keeping in mind that I have to get the budget together in my personal expenses *And my wife out of my bank account* to be able to pay the VERY reasonable rate at which HR costs, I personally am a large believer in mobile homes. My dream home would be in the clouds, in a floating fortress. But I guess when you live around hurricanes, up and way up is a good thing. If it cost too much to move, it might get to be a pain, but I LOVE the idea of a moblie home. |

House boats might be fun too...Haelrahv is all islands right? I, personally, could settle for a garage/loft type thing. I could have a repair station, a stove, and a bed and I'd be happy. |

Please keep in mind that what you see of Haelrahv in beta is just a very tiny portion of the land masses in live. Haelrahv is not all islands...unless you consider large continents to be islands. _________________ Counselor Faith Tempest
