I love that idea too! Watching performers come together and put on a concert as a symphony or a band or something would be a nice escape.

I've been a singer most of my life, and I think if possible it would be neat to have a persons range either become greater or smaller depending on practice warm-up and time spent, if I'm going to a concert I have to warm up for a full hour before I can hit my notes, but then I can run from Tenor to first Soprano without a problem, but if I don't stretch I'm lucky if I can do alto second soprano without difficulty. Think it would be a nifty idea is all

I dance in DR quite a bit, although its rather ... sexual in nature (coughs). But I would like more dance options, maybe a ballerina or a hip-hop style dance, or something more primitive like fire-dancing, or burlesque. The challenge to dancing in a test based game is astounding but it can be quite effective and fun to watch when done right.
It would be great to be able to perform on stage, or on the streets or with a partner doing the salsa...
I would also enjoy singing on the streets and people come buy and drop money in your hat or bucket.

Street performing is already on the to do list. Although, it will not be released with alpha, but you can't get everything at once. What would be the fun in that right? No suspense.

I just reread your "Other Aspects of Performers" post, Shase, and I was wondering.. is Journalism still sitting on some hidden backburner? I think that'd be pretty neat to see come to fruition, even though my Performer won't be to take much part in it (he's a dancing fiend, not a writer.. bah!).

PS: Go ahead Desiree, I could use some dance ideas.

Howdy --
Journalism is not on a hidden back burner. In fact, it is already cooking. If those interested in a journalism career wish to pursue it, they can by joining the Vahian Post staff. It is the local newspaper of the city of Virtuoso. Assignments are written on the whiteboard in the Conference Room. If one strikes your fancy, you can then talk to the Editor Aisho about writing the piece. It is a paying job.
