I reallocated and decided not to spend any points on charisma for cyberware so Im left with my altered cyber arms and hands. . .they come as a set and have ambient messaging coded into them.
a blackened left cyber arm etched with glowing runes
a blackened right cyber arm etched with glowing runes
a blackened left cyber hand etched with glowing runes
a blackened right cyber hand etched with glowing runes
They come with chips. . .agility and coordination. . .+12 to each stat with all the parts installed.
Like every 10 mins or so you get the message. . .*you wil only get the message if you have them ALL installed*
Your cyber arms flare with brilliance, the runes etched into them glowing brightly.
Other people see your name of course. . .they cant be seen when youre in hiding.
