I can understand not being able to do a lot of things while sculpting because it takes two hands. But we are allowed to point? I know it's not really a bug, but it is an inconsistency. Just thought y'all would like to know.

Actually, the reason you cannot point is because you are concentrating on an action during RT, and performing other actions is generally not possible at the same time.
However, also keep in mind that the system is considering the action you are trying to do but not what you are doing. In other words, WAVE checks to see if you are in roundtime. It doesn't know if that roundtime is from pottery, combat or doing a flip. Roundtimes are roundtimes. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

Point actually is a verb that is not roundtime oriented. I noticed that if I search someone in hiding and wait til roundtime is done then I don't see them anymore, buy you can search and point right away to reveal them. I don't know if this was how it was intended or not but it is how I have noticed it was working. _________________ One must have knowledge beyond learning, and wisdom beyond understanding to say what can or cannot be. |
