Could you take a look at these spells? Seems the transfer rates are whacked.. I was helping a nearly dead Chris, and even though I have considerably more (5x) vitality, the process almost killed me. He siphoned once, and Sacrifice took care of the rest, but it dropped me to 13%. I should have been able to transfer his vit several times over before being impacted that much.

Sacrifice will rapidly drain your vitality as long as the subject needs it or when your number of pulses expires. However, it will not kill you. You'll never sacrifice your last health point. You can still die if you are hit or bleed, etc after being weakened, of course.
Sacrifice is intended for exactly what you used it for -- emergency healing. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

We talked about this already, but here's a little more info.. cast sacrifice on someone again, they were down in the 80's with 20 vit (no bleeding), initial pulse took me down to 42%.
[edit] Ok, just ran another test.. same person (them: 20 vit, 100% - me: 50 vit, 67%) By the time I was fully restored they were reading 195%!! Snapped back to 100% when the link broke, so the excess was evidently an illusion, but there's no question the transfer calculations are in error
Oh, and we'd appreciate a way to manually break the link if that would be possible

This should now be better. Sacrifice would donate 4 hp per pulse to the target whether or not they needed it. Now it will only donate what they need, max of 4 per pulse. I should mention your and the target's vitality is irrelevant however, the issue is how much hp the target is missing and as long as the spell is running and they're even one hp short you will donate that 1 hp (unless it would kill you). _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

If I have 100 of 100 hp, and they have 16 of 20 (80%), one pulse should heal them completely and take me down to 96%. Something is still off though, but maybe it's just me.
New test.
Them: 5 vit, 48%.
Me: 50 vit, 100%.
Cast sacrifice, the initial pulse brought them up to 57% and brought me down to 12%!
Had someone else then cast it on me shortly afterward.
Them: 20 vit, 100%.
Me: 50 vit, 42%.
The intial pulse brought me to 46%, yet only dropped them to 88% (which actually seems pretty accurate). However, they were still seeing the illusionary excess building up with each pulse (up to 188% before the link snapped), verified by Doc Brenton.
Let me know if you need any more data, or pop in any time I'm in game want to see it in action or run some tests with me.
