Vae's Seek and Shoot Extravaganza!

So everyone. I'm planning an event to take place in a week and a half on the 26 or the 27 of October. Now, I'm not going to spill too much of the beans outside of the game, but I will tell you that it is a photography event! You get to dust off them cameras, and if you don't have a camera, don't worry! There will be some provided for you, free of charge (at least to you!)

What I need from you folks, is what day would you rather do it on. October 26th, or October 27th probably starting at either 5 central or 8 central and lasting about two hours total.

If you can't make the TIME (not the date) please let me know what would be best for you, and I can try to make adjustments, but I will go with whatever the majority goes with.

I'd like to have an idea by Sunday, so I'm running this poll for three days. Please make your votes as soon as possible.

didnt vote not because i dont want to take part but simply because im not sure how the timezones convert in relation to mine wich is gmt .

im 5 hours ahead of est so anytime between 2pm-7pm est would be ok for me on any of the above days

Eastern is +1 hour.
Mountain is -1 hour.
Pacific is -2 hours.
GMT is +6 hours.

Okay, scores are in for the amazingly high number of three votes! Woohoo!

Vae's Seek and Shoot will take place on Friday, October 26th at 8:00 pm Central time.

That is also:

9:00 pm for eastern
7:00 pm for Mountain
6:00 pm for Pacific
and
2:00 am for GMT

Please keep in mind that this event will take about two hours to accomplish and will have two parts. Each part will allow one hour for completion.

The event is as follows:

The first part is pretty much a seek and find ... except with pictures. Forty five minutes will be alotted with time allowed for developing photographs. The general idea is that you search around Llanfair and its environs for the photographs I provide, take your own copy of it, return it to me, and I will tally the points for each photograph. The one with the highest point value wins first place (and the corresponding prize), with prizes coming in for second and third places too. There are fifteen photographs total that will need to be located. Each one has a 1-3 point value attached. None of them are in any way dangerous to locate. In the event a tie, I have several photographs that will be revealed for the tied parties to search for.

The second part is a "most original photograph" award, and will be judged by myself as well as a few judges. They can be pictures of absolutely anything, so long as they were taken during the event.

All of this will be posted IC on the message boards, with invitations being passed out. If you don't get an invitation, still come! This is just an IC way for people to find out about the event and they are not necessary to participate.
