After you read the tomes, is there any way to see the formula again? Maybe set up something like HX:
>formula
You know the following formulas:
1. such and such
3. this and that
99. Emerald to diamond
Roundtime 5.
>formula 1
You know the recipe to make such and such formula requires:
x of such
x of such
a vial.
To prepare this mixture you must:
Yadda Yadda Yadda.
