There's been some concern within the staff that we might be causing some confusion within the player base about events and when staff provide items for events. I don't want to single any event out, but the most common event lately are Dungeon meetings, and we've provided "prizes" and such for these meetings. However, it's not been clear to those not in the chain of events that we've always charged a fee for these things.

So, we decided to put together a list of prices and services available. Anyone can request items for an event by contacting Hannah, who is our new player events coordinator. The prices attached are our new official guidelines on this. Any time you see items in an event provided by staff, you can assume the listed prices were paid for those items/events.

To contact Hannah, please email at:

The Guidelines

Food or drink items
Ex: a slice of cake or a cup of beverage, which every event goer can take one or more than one of from a table

$5,000 per stock pre-made food item.
$12,500 per custom food item, maximum of 10 custom foods/drinks per event.

Mass food items
Ex: A whole cake with a limited number of slices or a pitcher of drink that can pour a limited number of glasses. Each event goer can get one or more cakes / pitchers from a table.

$50,000 for a stock pre-made food or drink
$150,000 for a custom food or drink

NOTE: Never-ending food or drink items, i.e. a slice of cake that never runs out of bites, or a cake that never runs out of slices, are not available except located on tables and other places where they can't be kept. Once the event is over, only limited quantity items will be in any player's possession.

Miscellaneous non-clothing knick-knacks
Stock / pre-made items:
$10,000 basic item requiring no programming
$25,000 item requiring simple programming
$50,000 - $100,000 item requiring more complex programming

Custom items:
$25,000 basic item requiring no programming
$75,000 item requiring simple programming
$100,000 - $300,000 item requiring more complex programming

Clothing items (anything wearable)
$10,000 Simple 'tap' description/named item
$25,000 'Tap' description/name and LOOK description

Verbed clothing with a message for actions taken on the clothing item
$100,000 One action/message.
$50,000 per additional action/message.

Additional rules:
- Items may only have minimal storage per staff discretion when appropriate.
- Items may not have 'pockets', any storage will be standard storage.
- No bonuses or enchantments may be placed on any items.
- Services not covered in these guidelines may be requested but will be at the discretion of Trevor.
- All listed items are prices for an unlimited supply of the item, located on a table or other container that is immobile. For example, think of it as a tray of drinks, a stack of shirts or a box full of pins. You can't take the tray, stack or box, but you can take individual items from them.

Just a few notes regarding parties:

- You can email me, PM me, or assist in game to bring my attention to an email or PM (if I haven't answered you quickly) but please try to give at least a few day's notice.

- Unlimited items are handled as follows:

* Should you order a table with a pitcher of beer on it for 50k or a custom for 150k... that item will remain on the table in your party location for the duration of the party. You are expected to REPORT or ASSIST when the party concludes and I will remove the table. What your guests "get" while at the party is what is considered "unlimited." The cheaper items (5k, 12,500) are for a set amount. "10 drinks, 10 cookies"

* Unlimited items for prizes or party favors = Falls under the 25k category. They also will be removed once the party is over.

I hope this clears up any confusion.
