Something I have noticed is that all handguns seem to be all alike even if the name is different and uses type a or type b ammo.
Is there going to be more of a variety in live? Oe will there ever be more choises in beta?
I would like to see some revolver type handguns....maybe even single action type that you have to spend a few seconds thumbing the hammers back before aiming. Longer load times of course but maybe a tad more powerful than say sidearms. |

While all handguns pretty much work the same way in terms of usage, they perform quite differently. The reason there are no revolvers is because in a future world like Haelrahv's, it would be like people running around with muskets. This especially given the fact that technology was reinvented so to speak, at an accelerated rate and thus certain technologies could be skipped over completely, if deemed inferior.

I am not tring to be a pain in the ass. but revolvers do exist in haelrahv atleast on display.....they may not have been sold but there is one on display in the merc ship. That to me is proof the tech wasn't skipped...just not widely implemented maybe.
You carefully look over a limited-edition Habaek Predator revolver with three chrome-inlaid pneumatic cylinders.
It cannot be worn.
Use of this weapon in melee combat requires proficiency in the blunt weapons skill.
Use of this weapon when fired requires proficiency in the marksmanship skill.
You are unable to judge the quality of this weapon.
This weapon uses AG10 rounds for ammunition.

The revolver was made by a now former staff member who didn't ask for or receive permission to make the item. It's also just a renamed AG10, and has the same performance, ammo capacity, etc.
