Hoping to have some staff controlled characters rp in a recurring way for events, invasions and just to stop by now and then for no special reason. It really would be a lot of fun to interact with these characters every now and then.

I think you can count on this. 
My only decision is whether to play the bad guy (boy did I enjoy Ghent... <g>) or a good one.

Other than the part where that tends to lead into serious amusement for the person playing 2. And more amusement for whoever figures out he's both.
On the other hand, why not have your cake and eat it to! But...if you can't choose...I vote the bad guy, cause bad guys roxor.
