Curbing DUI is definitely a good, good thing. But, this isn't a new idea. The concept of shaming people into not breaking laws has been around for a long time, and I haven't seen any evidence it works. At least compared to some plans I've seen, offering yet another license plate design is economical.

That's pretty cool, too...but what I had wasn't ascii....it totally HTMLified a photograph. The downside was that the file was like....over a MB in size. i suppose it'd work for small files that places don't want snagged from websites.
