in no way would the WHO <character> thing be obligational. personally i might put my AIM info there but not my email address. but it's good to just have the stuff available for those who would want to take advantage of it.

I do agree with having something like this. Something that you could even do if the person is offline.

Yeah, so... getting back on topic. I don't think "racism" is a really correct or appropriate word for this behavior.
We need something like "noblesse oblige" translated into Eolaish.
