huh? |
Never seen Y tu mama or whatever it's called? It features a scene where two boys are laying on their backs on diving boards...and they jerk off while talking about women they'd like to have sex with.
Superly classy. <--sarcasm.
Anyhow...that director directed the 3rd Harry Potter movie. |
and the guy who did the first harry potter was involved with home alone 2.
who's the bigger idiot in that comparison?
seeing a movie to see a book is stupid in general. just see the movie because it was a good movie, not because you want to remember what you read. _________________ A bright-eyed Thekko Ku Kalla dressed in a dapper sailor suit takes to flight and careers through the air toward the Modan Kucho and slams into him!

The point is not to see a movie and expect a book...but rather, the annoyance came from the third movie being radically different than the other movie. Thankfully they're going back to the more traditional sets for the fourth on up. I like consistancy. And not a lot of sexual innuendo in my Harry Potter either. The movie sucked, in my opinion, for a bad set, bad casting, and leaving out some vital points that would have tied up the story in the movie so much more nicely. _________________ "I reject your reality and substitute my own!" -- Adam Savage

Well, as someone who hasn't bothered reading the books, all three of the movies seemed rather well-done. I didn't even notice any set changes (but I might have, I guess, if I had watched the first two right before going to see the third). You just have to realize that they have to make compromises when going from one medium to another.
I'm looking forward to this fourth one. It looks pretty badass.

I was a big fan of the third one. It's a horribly dark story, and was perfectly done in my opinion.
However, leaving out the significance of the Map and Harry's dad, Remus, Sirius, and Peter was kind of crappy. _________________ Why use logic when you can just...make stuff up? |
