Of course, he can't even appraise an eosheai, either.
Glim's only had 200 Appraisal since the retrain.
#Edit# Or does appraising a creature require some other skill?(Tactics?)

yep 
you need equal tactics and app for whatever the requirement is for apping a critter
so if the req is 10 app, it's also 10 tactics, 25 app, 25 tactics, etc etc etc
at least that's how i recall it being set up. i think they did it so someone couldn't just train a ton out of one and ignore the other.

184 Tactics. 200 Appraisal.
Now able to appraise up to Modan Kucho, at least.(Level 75)
