Skills boosting stats.

This is with the new skill levels in mind, 500 cap.

The idea is that for every 50 base ranks of a skill, a corresponding stat would be increased by 1.

Acrobatics - agility or coordination +1 per 50 ranks
Athletics - strength or vitality +1 per 50 ranks

Skinning - coordination +1 per 50 ranks
Security - coordination +1 per 50 ranks

Electronics - intelligence +1 per 50 ranks

Streetwise - perception +1 per 50 ranks
Tracking - perception +1 per 50 ranks

etc.
etc.
