Everytime I go to check on him he's never there. Did he stop spawning or is someone killing him off everytime he pops up? What's his spawn time? A general time frame would help immensely. _________________ It is better to be pissed off than pissed on. |

We've asked several times before, but nobody's ever responded. _________________ ** The phrase "break a leg" just wasn't ambitious enough for Mellie Knight. [8:31 pm]

Last time I heard, Mickey said he was working correctly.
I think he's broken, though. Or his schedule needs some severe adjusting.

I'll try to figure out how his special spawn works and look at it for you guys. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

I checked this out and found that Thekko's spawn wasn't running. I can't determine how long it may have been disabled.
I also should note however that he spawns rarely (1 to 2 times a day) but despawns quickly. Today I made a change that all npc's will despawn after 15 minutes if no one is around, which was previously 5.
When Mickey is back into swing from his move, I will discuss with him whether he wishes Thekko to despawn at the normal rate for NPC's, or if Thekko should stay around longer.
Also, I moved this thread to "bug reports". _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

So over the course of 24 hours we have two 15 minute intervals in which to catch him? Otherwise we miss him until the next 24 hour period? Wow that would take some luck. _________________ It is better to be pissed off than pissed on. |

Or camping. I don't know if this is intended or not, I'll let Mickey decide on that. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

I suppose one could sit at that trail where the heat doesn't kick in and just journey back and forth every 15 minutes to catch him. But you can't stay in his cave for too long or you'll eventually die from the heat waves. _________________ It is better to be pissed off than pissed on. |

Yeah, I wasn't suggesting camping as ideal, just as a possibility. Certainly there are ways you could make it work.
Still, I discussed this with Mickey and he felt Thekko should stick around much longer and so he does now. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato
