Hmm, it's something to ponder. Some of these kinds of effects (including some of the downsides) you may also be able to get from drugs.

I wouldn't know I don't use/take drugs unless prescribed and sometimes not even then! 
Oh I know what I forgot to bring out! If someone else drinks the potion they go berserk and maim themselves or die. Since it's only dna coded to the person whose blood it's made from.

Herbology (which is covered by the ecology skill) would be such things as foraging, alchemy and whatnot.

Well I was gonna post but I just confuse myself.  Actually I'll make a suggestion. I think I saw mention of gardening somewhere and than foraging, naturally but as far as tools for that sort of thing...perhaps a boline for harvesting herbs and plants?

nm, one of our other wonderfun GMs informed me
I personally see no problem with it, but I'm not incharge of the foraging/alchemy system, so its not my decision
