For some odd reason two of my friends and sister amazons are being told to download the wizard when they attempt to connect to Haelrahv, but the thing is they already have the wizard as they both play HX. And with this problem, one of them has to come thru Gmud which she dislikes to do. Anyone else have this problem and how soon could this possibly be fixed?

Hmm. Usually the only time you need to download the wizard is if you have a different version. If they download the copy on the site (which is a launcher/wizard install combo all in one) they should be all set for both Simu and RPGN games.

Actually I used to have that problem trying to play DR itself on the Wizard, if I tried to log in from play.net. I had to use the SGE for the longest time, though I normally used it anyway, but something was funky.
It used to try and download an odd named file with an odd named extention, I don't recall how I fixed it, I think I simply downloaded and reinstalled the Wizard.

Actually as of last night Kalipso couldn't get in thru the wizard still. She had created her character thru it fine days ago as had Kirafern but now she keeps getting told to download it. Beau said something about it couple days ago that it would clear up in a few days, but it hasn't last I knew. What Beau was talking about I can't remember to explain sorry. Hopefully he remembers.

We did some changes to the DNS server that lead to problems on and off but that clears up within 72 hours, which I think has expired now. I made a change to the play page which seemed to help Kirafern.
Have your friends tried reinstalling the wizard/launcher? They're using a PC, not a Mac, correct?
