PD021  Banish Lesser Animation     Psionic                             Banish scavenged spirit animations.
PD022    Banish Greater Animation    Psionic                        Banish greater animations.
PD023    Banish Illusionary Spirit    Psionic                        Banish illusionary shadow creatures.
PD024    Banish Greater Spirit    Psionic                        Banish spirit guardians and malevolent spirits.


Four 'slots' dedicated to banishing what we summon seems a bit...steep.

Code:
PS001     Lesser Telepathy     All                             Medium range telepathy ability.
PS002    Greater Telepathy    All                   PS001    High range telepathic ability.
PS003    Detect Presence    All                        Detect the presence of hidden or invisible persons.  Does not reveal or identify such persons.
PS004    Mental Bond    All                   PS002    Temporarily bestow telepathic ability to others.


It seems odd to let everyone learn Telepathy of some form at a lower 'cost' than Mental Bond...and then let everyone learn Mental Bond, which grants Telepathy to the target. Particularly with the new spellbook format of learning psionics.

PP005     Fear     All                             Induces a fairly weak fear on a single target.
PP006    Nightmares    All                   PP005    Induces strong fear on a single target.
PP007    Fearscape    Psionic                   PP006    Induces a fairly weak fear, area effect.
PP008    Terrorscape    Psionic                   PP007    Induces strong fear, area effect.


Perhaps the two weak versions could be open to all, with the stronger ones Psionic-only?(I could see this either way, actually)

If I remember correctly, the banishing abilities are for banishing other peoples' psionic summons.

But. I guess those really could be condensed into a single ability and have it run a skill vs. skill check or something instead.

Yes, let me clarify. Those abilities are not for banishing your own summoned entities, but to banish those belonging to other players or other creatures (yes, eventually some creatures will have their own pets).
