It appears that the service provider that the Haelrahv/RPGN sites, games, etc rely on decided to cut the upstream bandwidth greatly. This has caused all services to slow down quite a bit. To compensate, some bandwidth has been taken from the sites and pumped into Eaxia / Haelrahv to keep the games running smoothly.
We've put things in motion to get this issue resolved and hope to have it all fixed within the next 48 hours or less. Thanks for your patience, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
