And just to clear up one misconception (mainly because I don't want you thinking his abilities are tied solely to his bonused items). No, Kit is not higher than Thorne. What level is Thorne? Well that is up to him to tell you.

Bastard told me so. Oh well. It's been proven you can't trust people anyhow here. Sorry for getting my information wrong.

Ok, I just installed a ticker upgrade into an organizer that already had the ticker upgrade..again, heh. I realize I could start checking (and probably will), but could someone perhaps make it so you can't install an upgrade that's already been installed?

I'm on it, the change should happen around the end of this coming weekend if not sooner. Thank you for bringing the problem to my attention.

Feel free to refund my Bureaucrat. Wink Just kidding. It was my fault for buying the wrong upgrade in the shop anyway. Stupid numerical qualification.

Faith is right, my abilities arent all tied soley on my bonused items. The way I have my stats set up helps out alot. Kit, I told you that you were higher than Thorne cause ya kept bugging me about it. As if it was a comptetition. So I gave up and let you have that feeling of beating me.
And I even believed you had passed Thorne in levels cause there was a moment where I hardly played. If you're finding that you cant upgrade/install/repair something but you feel you should be able to, maybe you should train your stats differently. Shrugs.

I was asking you because I wanted you to help me with some stuff I could not do with my droid. I wanted to know about what level I could expect to do stuff is all. I didn't realize that was BUGGING you. You said you only had bonus items and Kit was higher so you had no idea when I'd be able to install the things on the Beast. All you HAD to say was: "I don't want you to know." It would have been cool dude. But lying over stupid stuff isn't cool at all.

I'm trying to figure out exactly how much int I need to install stuff, so I bought an organizer and solar upgrade, which set me back about 50k (boo). Only to find..the organizer already has solar capabilities! Is this normal?

Maybe this is sorta like when you buy a battery at 30%. Weird variables.

Not that I know of. However, if you buy batteries, they don't come at 100%. They come varied. Maybe organizers do too? Maybe yours is just a fluke...maybe they all have solar upgrades already? I don't know. I was just giving an example of a possibility.

this is probably a bug. I'd bug it IG.

There'd be no point in selling solar upgrades if all organizers already have solar capabilities. And I thought the battery thing was just weird for how standard through super-charged were set up, but it had been fixed?

Since Rikiar is gone for a few days and I know the answer to this, I'll answer. They aren't supposed to come pre-installed. There was (it has since been fixed) a bug where the tech who was standing in the Courthouse Lobby doing upgrades was upgrading the sales model instead of the one in his hand.
