We all know that the Can-Spam Act isn't working very well. But, the
government is still trying to get their arms around the junk e-mail
problem. Here's where you can help. Send them all your junk e-mail.

The Federal Trade Commission says that they use the e-mail to pursue
law enforcement actions against people who send deceptive e-mail. When
you do, be sure that you include the e-mail header. This is information
usually not seen when you open e-mail. It contains the Internet
Protocol or IP number of the computer where the junk e-mail originated.

So, tell your family and friends to forward their junk e-mail. The
address to send it all is: spam@uce.gov
