Well I was playing a japanese game called Langrisser(a strategy-RPG by Masaya). I made it to this secret level that had these enemies in it called the Aniki Brothers. Anyways the level makes no sense unless you know about the Aniki games that came out in Japan. So I checked around on a few message boards and found this link. . .

I <3 Langrisser!
I have an actuall Super Famicom cartridge that I can play on my SNES with an adapter, but I haven't played in forever. I think it has to do with the fact that I can't understand the storyline because I can't read Japanese.  I can read the character's names, unit names, and commands and spells though.
