It's a very cyberpunk type concept (which makes me approve of it, of course), but I don't think there are any computers to fix at the moment.
Not saying Haelrahv's setting lacks computers, just that there are none to interact with (yet).

Well, you could always have the -1 charisma trait.

-1 means it takes one LESS point ot train up the stat. So, if anything, it makes you more charismatic.

Technically, cyber jacks are live right this moment, just unfortunately there's nothing for them to work with at the moment and anything they will work with is fairly down the list as far as I know.
