A few questions...
Do you build resistance with every single time you get poisoned? Like, is poisoning yourself once per minute going to make you build a resistance 60x faster than poisoning yourself once per hour?
Do certain poisons build resistance faster than others?
Does it take the same amount of time to go from 8%-9% as it does to go from 90%-91%? |

I use the 'Pain' poison to build up my resistance. . . .its up to 15% so far. . .6 points from Vit training and 9 from poisoning myself. . . .poisoning myself about 1-2 times an hour on average. Been gaining about 1 point of resistance every 3-4 days since I started. _________________ It is better to be pissed off than pissed on. |

The more time you spend poisoned, the more quickly it will build. You can also have multiple poisons on you (different types) and all work to achieve that goal.

Yes. One poison also has a higher cap than the others (see caps below)

There is no progression like this or diminished returns. However, poisoning resist from being poisoned has a cap far below 90% _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

So, I guess using the Potion of Draining, it will take approx. forever to build up a resistance? |

Not far off. The poisons that actually hurt you do best, then the poisons that don't but are a great inconvenience, and then those that are a minor nuisance pick up the slack. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato

Does anyone know what the cap is for poison res? And does the cap take into account the vit. training? Like, say the cap is, randomly... 50%. If you train vitality to 50 (gaining 10% poison res.) will you still stop at 50%, or will you go up to 60%? |

I will tell you this...
* It is over 20%
* Vitality is irrelevant.
* One poison has a higher cap than the rest. _________________ "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." -- Plato
