Two Questions...
1. is Tactics for multiple opponants ?
2. is Tactics working ?
Someone a while back said that yes it was for multi
but that it wasnt live as yet...

1. Yes, but it is not implemented since there is no ES in place.
2. It's used for one of the stances I believe, and has some other minor uses.
